"Who owns the Artwork purchased?"
I (the artist) retains all rights to all artwork created.
This includes the rights to the images of sold & commissioned original paintings.
This means that when you purchase an original painting (or a print); you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home
or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced in any way without my written permission.
If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media, such as Social Media, I only ask for proper credit.

I am happy to discuss a copyright license with you prior to or after your purchase!
A copyright license will legally allow you (the buyer) to reproduce, display, and/or sell images of my artwork for a specific amount of time and for a predetermined price which may include a flat fee, royalty payments and/or advance payments depending on your business or personal needs.
