Because of the nature of my work (time and materials);
I do NOT accept returns or exchanges on commissioned pieces once they are completed and shipped out;
but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
I do accept Cancellations of commissioned pieces under 2 conditions.
1. If work has not yet been started: You will receive a full refund including any retainer paid.
2. If work has already been started: You will receive a refund minus any lost time and materials.
Every order, commission, and sale is handled with as much clarity and transparency as possible.
I do my best to represent the art as honestly and clearly as possible but there is no guarantee for a "perfect picture".
My goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase and I suggest my clients contact me if they have any questions or concerns.
Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and to check the colors and pictures on multiple screens.
I do accept returns on items purchased in my Online Gallery and will issue a refund if I am contacted ASAP or at least within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back to my studio in the condition it was received (undamaged and unmodified) to receive a refund.
Buyer pays for Return Shipping. After 14 days of delivery there is less to no chance for any refund.
