Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
For details, see individual terms on individual item pages.
Ready for Sale Pieces are shipped from my studio within 2 business days.
Commission Pieces take longer depending on the artist's schedule. Sometimes this can be a week to several months.
Best thing to do is contact me and ask about my schedule. I may have an earlier opening available.
Books and Prints are usually shipped from my studio in 2-3 weeks depending on third party printing times and schedules.
I want my products to be high quality and I make sure my business partners are up to those standards.
Every print comes through my shop for inspection prior to being shipped out to our customers.
Shipping Standards
All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope.
All artwork is shipped via the USPS (or similar postal carrier for unique situations).
Packages ship Priority and will include tracking and insurance.
Any painting larger than 30" in height or length must be shipped through a freight service and will cost extra.
Pickups
Customers may pick up pieces of art at my studio instead of having items shipped.
This is ideal for very large pieces or for local Rochester residents.

Pickup arrangements will be made via email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price for United States based deliveries
Buyers outside the United States, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout.
If additional costs are required, we will contact you and send you an invoice before items are shipped out.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
